published under that trading name by a French sole trader whose full
identity appears at the foot of this page.

The domain name is registered with OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann,
59100 Roubaix, France.
3 Intellectual property
The Safelight Studio software, its code, its interface, its text, its
visual identity and every element making up this site are protected by
copyright. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part,
without the publisher's prior written consent is prohibited.
The software includes third party components distributed under open
licences, whose list and licence texts are included with every delivery
and provided on request.
“Safelight Studio” is used as a trading name. Other trade marks
mentioned belong to their respective owners.
4 Images shown on this site
The faces and characters illustrating this site are synthetic images
produced by the software. They depict no real person, living or dead.
Any resemblance to an existing person would be coincidental.
5 Personal data and trackers
The processing of personal data is described in the
privacy policy.
This site uses no advertising cookie, no audience measurement and no
third party tracker.
Any content on this site considered unlawful may be reported to the
address given in article 1. The report should state the page concerned
and the grounds relied on.
